4-H is a national youth organization that provides opportunities for youth to "to learn by doing", the 4-H motto. The 4-H section will provide links to information about Maryland 4-H Horse programs and resources for those interested in participating in these 4-H activities such as Horse Judging, Hippology and Horse Bowl.
